InfoSun Technology - Junior QA Automation Engineer - Supply Chain System

About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA Automation Engineer to join our Supply Chain Technology team. In this role, you will contribute to the quality assurance and automation efforts for critical supply chain platforms, including Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), EDI integrations, and warehouse automation applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support regression, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing across supply chain platforms.

- Analyze test execution results and troubleshoot failures within automation frameworks.

Quality Assurance :

- Validate application functionality, workflows, and data accuracy across multiple systems.

- Ensure software releases meet quality standards before deployment.

Defect Management :

- Collaborate with developers and QA leads to ensure timely issue resolution and retesting.

Collaboration & Learning :

- Participate in sprint planning, testing discussions, and QA reviews.

- Continuously learn automation best practices and modern testing methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cucumber.

- Basic understanding of CI/CD and version control tools such as GitHub and Jenkins.

- Foundational programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

- Basic API testing experience using Postman or automation libraries/frameworks.

QA Fundamentals :

- Familiarity with regression, integration, and functional testing concepts.

Soft Skills :

- Good communication and collaboration abilities.

- Eagerness to learn complex supply chain and warehouse workflows.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or Krber.

- Understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS).

- Basic exposure to EDI transaction sets such as 850, 856, 940, and 945.

- Knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
