Information Technology Specialist - System Maintenance

Key Responsibilities :

- Server & VM Management : Monthly monitoring and reporting of VMs

- Disaster Recovery (DR) : DR drills conducted semi-annually

- System Maintenance : OS patching and firmware updates for RM3, STC servers, firewalls, and switches

Compliance & Coordination :

- Align with IT compliance and global IT policies

- Conduct bi-annual local audits per policies

- Ensure staff adherence to IT/security standards and manage IT inventory

Network & Vendor Management :

- Oversee office networks (RTS, DC/DR, local stations)

- Manage data center and network vendors

- Handle RM3 VPN connectivity and troubleshooting with external teams

IT Asset Management :

- Manage employee laptops and mobile devices

- Oversee IT equipment AMC contracts, renewals, and vendor negotiations
