- Data Center & IT Management

- Oversee and manage OIPL Data Center operations and infrastructure.

- Perform monthly monitoring and reporting of servers and virtual machines (VMs).

- Conduct semi-annual Disaster Recovery (DR) drills and ensure readiness.

- Perform OS patching, firmware upgrades, and maintenance for RM3, STC servers, firewalls, and switches.

- Compliance & Coordination

- Ensure alignment with global IT policies and compliance standards.

- Conduct local IT audits twice a year in line with company policies.

- Ensure staff adherence to IT security standards, data protection, and compliance protocols.

- Maintain and manage IT asset inventory accurately.

- Network & Vendor Management

- Manage office networks including RTS, DC/DR sites, and local stations.

- Oversee data center and network vendors, ensuring service quality and uptime.

- Handle RM3 VPN connectivity, troubleshoot network issues, and coordinate with external teams for resolution.

- IT Asset & Contract Management

- Manage employee IT assets including laptops and mobile devices.

- Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for IT equipment.

- Handle renewals, vendor negotiations, and ensure timely procurement.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- 510 years of experience in IT infrastructure and data center management.

- Hands-on experience with VMware, firewalls, switches, and VPN management.

- Strong understanding of IT compliance, system security, and network protocols.

- Excellent troubleshooting, coordination, and vendor management skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills :

- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+, or similar are a plus.

- Experience in global IT policy alignment and compliance audits.

- Familiarity with cloud environments or hybrid data center setups.
