Position : IT Service Manager Network

Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team.
The primary objective of this role is to establish IT Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework.
The ideal candidate will have a background in network connectivity and a proven track record in service management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review service management KPIs and performance data to ensure the service provider meets performance standards.
- Oversee the quality of delivered IT services and solutions that support Healthineers business requirements.
- You will embrace innovation, create respective decision proposals and support/drive the design / implementation process according to IT policies and guidelines.
- Collect, develop, and prioritize new business demands on an ongoing basis.
Required Knowledge and Experience :
Experience :
- 9-10 years of overall work experience in IT Infrastructure Management.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Service Manager, with hands-on experience in ITIL-based ITSM process design and implementation.
Skills :
- Excellent prioritization skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment.
- Strong relationship management skills with infrastructure teams, application teams, stakeholders, business, and business partners.
- Experience in overseeing the delivery of quality IT solutions that support business.
