Job Description :

- Oversee IT operations to ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of infrastructure and systems. Plan, organize, and control IT-related matters, including data management, communications, telephony, hardware, and software.

- Design, implement, and maintain servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud services.

- Ensure reliability, scalability, and adaptability of IT infrastructure to meet business needs.

- Manage data security, network access, and system backups; troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly.

- Administer networking technologies, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure, including disaster recovery systems.

- Research and recommend advanced technologies to automate and replace manual processes.

- Stay updated on emerging IT technologies and implement relevant solutions to enhance efficiency.

- Lead ERP vendor selection, implementation planning, and execution, coordinating with stakeholders.

- Monitor ERP processes to ensure successful deployment and manage user training for optimization.

- Develop and deploy custom applications to support and enhance business processes.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and prioritize development efforts.

- Manage a team of developers and software engineers, providing guidance throughout development cycles.

- Build and maintain the organizations social media presence to improve engagement and brand awareness.

- Analyze and provide strategic solutions for complex IT challenges using data-driven approaches.

Key Skills :

- Proficiency in network administration, installation, and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of networking technologies, firewalls, cloud infrastructure (Azure), Windows OS, and basic Linux.

- Experience in ERP implementation, management, and user training.

- Strong project management skills, including ERP deployment and custom application development.

- Leadership and mentoring abilities for IT teams.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.

- Digital marketing knowledge to enhance social media engagement and brand presence.

Qualifications :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, ERP implementation, and software development.

- Certifications in network management, cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure), or cybersecurity (preferred).

- Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects and leading technical teams.

- Knowledge of all Exchange compliances work Like System Audit, Cyber Security, VAPT, ACR, RBS, Internal Audit, Net worth, Client Funding, Enhanced Supervision, STP GATE Utility, NSE-ENIT Platform, NSE, BSE & MCX vendors collocation Approval for software with compliance activity..

- Worked on ESXi 5.0 &vCenter 5.0. Cloning, Creation and Management of Virtual Machine..

- Done P2V & V2V conversion. vMotion and Storage vMotion..

- Ensured management and troubleshooting of Arbitrage setup with 120 users working in Exchanges NSE (Automated & Manual both), BSE, MCX, ACE & NCDEX.
