Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware and software.

- Manage IT assets, vendor relationships, and infrastructure upgrades

- Support and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi systems

- Perform SAP Basis administration activities such as system health checks, transports, user administration, and role management

- Monitor and respond to security events, managing firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security solutions

- Conduct IT risk assessments, audits, and prepare security and compliance reports

- Ensure system availability, performance, and adherence to IT policies and security standards

- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field

- 5- 7 years of hands-on experience in IT hardware, infrastructure, and network administration

- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and Windows/Linux operating systems

- Hands-on experience with SAP Basis administration

- Practical exposure to cybersecurity tools and practices, including firewalls and endpoint security

- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
