Location : Noida / Bengaluru (Remote-first, Hybrid later)
Role : Provide enterprise-level system administration and support for Windows environments, ensuring stability, security, and ITIL-compliant operations.
Responsibilities :
- Administer Windows servers and VMware infrastructure.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and authentication services.
- Support HPSA and event management tools.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure SLAs.
- Provide escalation support for L2/L3 issues.
