Information Security Lead

We are looking for a hands-on Information Security Lead who can own security posture end-to-end and partner closely with Engineering, Infra and Product teams in a fast-growing fintech/startup environment.

Experience : 10+ Years in Information Security

What youll be doing :

- Conduct risk assessments and manage vulnerability management programs

- Guide incident response and act on emerging threats

- Lead security implementation initiatives across applications & infrastructure

- Work closely with engineering teams to build secure systems

- Manage and operate enterprise-grade security tools & infrastructure

- Develop and implement security policies, awareness and training programs

- Support internal & external audits, assurance and compliance activities

What were looking for :

- Hands-on approach to solving complex security problems

- Experience in Fintech / Startup ecosystem preferred

- Exposure to security frameworks - CIS / NIST / COBIT (or similar)

- Experience with audit, compliance and governance practices

- Working knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS / GCP is a plus)

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
