Position : Information Security Engineer - Golang

About the Role :

We are hiring on behalf of our confidential client, a leading global organization, for an experienced Information Security Engineer (Golang). This role focuses on automating and delivering secure, scalable network deployments in AWS and GCP cloud environments, leveraging Terraform and Golang for automation

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cloud and networking stakeholders to understand requirements for enterprise cloud environments.

- Provide expertise in cloud and network security across IaaS, PaaS, and cloud-native applications.

- Partner with enterprise architects and SMEs to deliver complete and secure architecture solutions.

- Lead cloud network security initiatives by designing and delivering Terraform modules.

- Develop automation workflows and tools using Terraform and Golang to drive deployment efficiency and consistency.

- Identify and implement automation opportunities in network security configurations

- Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve reusable patterns and modules for network security.

Required Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in data center, cloud, and networking.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AWS and GCP environments.

- 3+ years with containers, Kubernetes, and microservices

- 3+ years of strong expertise in Terraform (with module design and delivery experience).

- Hands-on experience in Golang for automation and tooling.

- 3+ years in advanced networking in public cloud.

- Strong understanding of classical and cloud-native design patterns.

Knowledge of :

- Security configuration management

- Container security

- Endpoint security

- Secrets management in cloud applications

- Familiarity with network architecture, proxy infrastructure, and secure network enablement programs.
