We are hiring an Information Management Specialist with strong expertise in SharePoint Administration and Site Collection Management to support enterprise-level information systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SharePoint site collection administration, information governance, and enterprise data management, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Shared Services, or Global Business Services (GBS) domains.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain SharePoint Site Collections in alignment with corporate data management policies.
- Implement and enforce information governance standards across all platforms and departments.
- Coordinate with corporate real estate (CRE) and facilities teams to manage and maintain property-related documents and data.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure optimal use of SharePoint and related systems.
- Monitor and report on content usage and site collection performance.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint issues and provide solutions in collaboration with technical support teams.
- Assist in migration, consolidation, or archiving of content as per compliance guidelines.
- Support user training and promote best practices in document and information management.
- Maintain documentation on system architecture, processes, and configurations.
Required Skills and Experience :
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Information Management with a strong focus on Site Collection
Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a SharePoint Site Collection Administrator.
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint (2013/2016/Online) architecture, permission structures, and site
settings.
- Understanding of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) operations, especially in data and documentation workflows (preferred).
- Experience in enterprise-level data management and policy enforcement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint-integrated tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to Facilities Management systems or real estate lifecycle platforms is a plus.
