Information & Communications Technology Expert - eGovernance Projects

Were Hiring : Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Expert

Location : Chandigarh

Travel : Within & outside Haryana as required

Qualifications :

- 10+ years in ICT domain, incl. 5+ years in e-Governance projects

- Desirable : Experience in e-Governance projects for transportation

- Proven expertise in large-scale IT project planning, design & implementation

- Experience with government agencies/multilateral institutions

- Knowledge of transport systems (ITMS/ITS, AIS-140, SARATHI, VAHAN, automated test tracks, ATS, etc.)

Key Skills :

- Stakeholder coordination & communication

- Procurement & contract management

- Technical documentation & reporting

- BI tools & data analytics proficiency

Role Highlights :

- Prepare/review RFPs, BoQs, functional specs & cost estimates

- Support vendor evaluation & onboarding as per government guidelines.

- Coordinate with OEMs, IT vendors & authorities for execution

- Monitor SLAs, KPIs & project performance

- Conduct UAT, audits & inspections to ensure quality compliance
