Informatica/MDM Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities :

Implementation & Configuration :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Informatica Supplier 360 (P360) MDM solutions.

- Define supplier data models, governance structures, and data quality rules.

- Configure workflows, user roles, RBAC, and security policies.

Data Integration & Governance :

- Integrate MDM with ERP, procurement, and enterprise applications.

- Design and execute data matching, deduplication, survivorship, and hierarchy management strategies.

- Utilize Informatica tools like IDQ, PowerCenter, and ActiveVOS for ETL, profiling, and cleansing.

Data Quality & Optimization :

- Conduct data profiling, validation, transformation, and quality audits.

- Troubleshoot data-related issues across quality, performance, and integration domains.

- Support data migration, cleansing, and enrichment processes.

SaaS & Interface Support :

- Work with MDM SaaS-based configurations and Business 360 interfaces.

- Ensure continuous optimization of Supplier 360 solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- Informatica P360 MDM (Supplier 360) minimum 5+ years.

- Strong hands-on experience in MDM implementation, data governance, and data quality management.

- Experience with Azure cloud services.

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.

- Experience with ActiveVOS for workflow configuration and process orchestration is essential.

- They must be capable of designing and managing supplier data models in alignment with business requirements.

- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and the ability to define and enforce governance policies is required.

- The candidate should be able to create and manage data quality rules and scorecards to ensure high-quality master data.

- They should have experience implementing data matching, deduplication, and survivorship rules.

- The role requires knowledge of hierarchy and relationship management within Supplier MDM.

- The candidate must have experience integrating MDM with ERP and procurement systems.

- Familiarity with API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) is necessary for system connectivity.
