About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Developer with strong expertise in Informatica MDM Hub, e360 UI development, and Active VOS workflows.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing master data, ensuring data quality, and driving automation within our enterprise data management framework.

This position requires a deep understanding of MDM architecture, data stewardship, and integration with modern APIs and external systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, customize, and manage the Informatica MDM Hub components including Landing, Staging, Base Objects, and Hierarchies to support master data operations.

- Develop, enhance, and maintain the e360 UI to facilitate BES (Business Entity Services) and API integrations for seamless data interaction.

- Design and implement BES external calls, integrating master data workflows with REST and SOAP APIs to enable interoperability across systems.

- Build and automate complex workflows using Active VOS (AVOS) to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

- Collaborate with data governance and stewardship teams to enforce data quality standards, validation rules, and compliance with governance policies.

- Develop and maintain custom Java code and SQL scripts to support data processing, transformation, and integration tasks within MDM workflows.

- Work closely with business analysts, architects, and other IT teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable MDM solutions aligned with organizational goals.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM workflows, API integrations, and data inconsistencies.

- Ensure comprehensive documentation of MDM configurations, workflows, and integration patterns for future reference and audit purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM (Informatica MDM Hub, e360, and AVOS).

- Strong knowledge of Informatica MDM architecture, data modeling, and data stewardship principles.

- Expertise in developing and maintaining e360 UI components and custom BES APIs.

- Experience designing and integrating RESTful and SOAP web services within MDM workflows.

- Hands-on experience in Active VOS (AVOS) workflow design and automation.

- Proficiency in Java programming and SQL query development to support complex data processing and integration scenarios.

- Familiarity with data quality frameworks and governance compliance standards.

- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective MDM technical solutions.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams effectively
