Job Title : Informatica IDMC Administrator

Key Responsibilities :

- User & Access Management : Manage users, groups, roles, and permissions, including authentication and authorization setup.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Diagnose and resolve issues related to Informatica setups, workflows, and integrations. Provide technical guidance to team members.

- System Maintenance : Perform updates, patches, upgrades, backups, restores, and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.

- Subject Matter Expertise : Act as SME for Informatica products such as Data Quality, Metadata Manager, and Reporting Services.

- Operational Tasks : Handle patch installations (hotfixes/software), password changes, network updates, service restarts, and bouncing activities as required.

Required Skills :

- Installation, configuration, and upgrades of Informatica IDMC

- User, role, and access management (authentication & authorization)

- Troubleshooting Informatica setups, workflows, and integrations

- System maintenance patches, updates, backups, restores, disaster recovery

- Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)

- Informatica Metadata Manager

- Informatica Reporting Services

- Patch management (hotfixes/software), password changes, service restarts

- Performance monitoring & optimization of Informatica environments

- Knowledge of networking concepts (for connectivity and integrations)

- Good understanding of backup and recovery processes

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience working in hybrid environments
