Role Overview :

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation and optimization of Informatica Customer 360 Cloud, MDM, and Reference 360 solutions. The role demands hands-on experience in designing, building, and enhancing master data systems to support business-critical operations, ensuring high data quality, integrity, and consistency across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end MDM implementations, including architecture design, data modeling, data ingestion, and integration strategy using Informatica Customer 360 Cloud.

- Develop and maintain master data models tailored to customer, product, or reference data domains.

- Implement and enforce data governance and stewardship practices, including business rules, validation logic, and exception handling.

- Design and configure dashboards for data quality metrics, stewardship activities, and operational insights.

- Integrate MDM solutions with internal systems through API and batch interfaces, ensuring performance tuning and scalability.

- Support issue resolution through root cause analysis, technical documentation, and direct collaboration with cross-functional business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Data Management, with at least 3 years of dedicated expertise in Informatica Customer 360 Cloud, MDM, and Reference 360.

- Proven ability to design and execute MDM strategies that align with business objectives.

- Hands-on knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality tools, and workflow configuration.

- Experience in API and batch processing, including performance optimization in cloud or hybrid environments.

- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills to work across business and technical teams
