About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Architect to design and lead enterprise data integration, MDM, and data quality solutions using Informatica platforms.

The ideal candidate will provide strategic technical leadership, define architecture standards, and ensure scalable, robust, and secure Informatica implementations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end architectures for Informatica-based data integration, data quality, governance, and MDM solutions.

- Lead the implementation of ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS / IDQ / MDM (as applicable).

- Define data integration frameworks, reusable components, mappings, workflows, and data models.

- Establish data quality rules, cleansing strategies, standardization patterns, and golden record frameworks.

- Architect integration of Informatica solutions with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and enterprise systems.

- Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable designs.

- Ensure governance, metadata management, master data strategies, and data stewardship processes.

- Perform performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting for Informatica jobs and cloud pipelines.

- Lead technical teams, conduct reviews, and mentor developers/engineers.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10-15 years experience in data integration, data management, or data engineering.

- 5+ years in an architectural or technical leadership role using Informatica platforms.

- Deep expertise with Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, IDQ, and/or MDM.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, data quality frameworks, and MDM principles.

- Hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, APIs, and integration patterns (batch, real-time).

- Experience integrating Informatica with cloud ecosystems (Azure/AWS/GCP).

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Expertise in Informatica MDM (P360, Customer 360, Supplier 360).

- Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Synapse.

- Informatica certifications (IICS, MDM, Data Quality).

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation using Git, Jenkins, Terraform.
