About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Informatica Administrator to join our clients growing data infrastructure team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the administration, performance, availability, and security of Informatica environments including IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) and PowerCenter, with a strong focus on cloud platforms and automation.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, enterprise-scale hybrid cloud environment and is eager to take ownership of complex integrations, automation workflows, and security compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Informatica IICS and PowerCenter environments .

- Manage user roles, security, access control, LDAP/SSO/SAML integration, and auditing.

- Monitor and tune performance of Informatica services and resolve issues related to job failures, connectivity, and resource contention.

- Administer and optimize high-availability and disaster recovery (DR) setups.

- Manage hybrid deployments across Azure, GCP, and AWS environments.

- Deploy and manage cloud-native services like BigQuery, CosmosDB, and Azure Data Factory.

- Implement VPN, SSL/TLS certificates, IAM roles, and cloud networking configurations as part of platform security.

- Automate administrative tasks using Python, Terraform, Ansible, and shell scripting.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for deployment of Informatica artifacts using GitHub, Jenkins, or GitLab.

- Manage scheduling tools like Rundeck and workflow orchestration for data pipelines.

- Set up and maintain monitoring using tools like DataDog, Prometheus, or cloud-native monitoring solutions.

- Monitor performance metrics, alerts, and logs for proactive troubleshooting.

- Provide root cause analysis and preventive maintenance.

- Implement and enforce data security policies and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.

- Participate in regular audits and vulnerability assessments.

- Collaborate with InfoSec teams on access management, secure data flow, and encryption.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4- 8 years of experience in administering Informatica IICS/PowerCenter environments.

- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms Azure, GCP, AWS.

- Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Shell), automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).

- Solid experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, BigQuery, and CosmosDB.

- Good understanding of ETL pipelines, data governance, and job orchestration tools like Rundeck.

- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and REST/SOAP APIs
