Job Title : Infor Technical Consultant Time & Labor (WFM).

Experience : 6 to 10+ Years.

We are seeking an experienced Infor Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Time & Labor.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, integrating, and supporting Infor Time & Labor solutions.

This role requires collaboration with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable workforce management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Infor WFM Time & Labor solutions.

- Configure Time & Attendance rules, pay policies, schedules, accruals, and labor distribution.

- Develop and maintain custom interfaces, reports, and integrations.

- Build integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, and middleware tools.

- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and troubleshoot database issues.

- Support inbound/outbound interfaces with HRIS, Payroll, ERP, and third-party systems.

- Perform system enhancements, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and production support.

- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, code reviews, testing, and deployment.

- Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer documents.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation and post-production support.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Infor Workforce Management (WFM) Time & Labor.
