Infor LN Technical Consultant

Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

- Customize Infor LN modules using Baan IV programming, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.

- Develop and maintain complex technical objects such as Baan scripts, Baan Customization Objects (BCO), and Infor ION integrations.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

- Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Infor LN modules and integrations.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.

- Participate in testing cycles, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Support integration with third-party systems and external data sources using APIs and middleware.

- Provide ongoing technical support and training to end-users and junior team members.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of Infor LN architecture, Baan IV programming, and customization techniques.

- Experience with Infor ION and integration tools is highly desirable.

- Solid understanding of ERP business processes, especially manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
