About the Role :

We are currently seeking an experienced Infor Consultant for a remote, part-time contract position. You will play a critical role in configuring, implementing, and supporting Infor ERP solutions across various modules and industries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Infor ERP modules such as CloudSuite Industrial, LN, M3, or Syteline.

- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

- Provide support during implementation phases, system upgrades, and post-go-live activities.

- Collaborate with technical teams for system integration, data migration, and custom reporting.

- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and conduct end-user training sessions.

Required Skills :

- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Infor ERP systems, with a focus on one or more major modules (Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or HR).

- Strong skills in process mapping, ERP configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, particularly in a remote work environment.

- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Infor CloudSuite certification(s).

- Experience with Infor ION, Mongoose, or Birst analytics.

- Industry-specific knowledge in manufacturing, distribution, automotive, or healthcare sectors.
