Job Title : Infor CPQ Analyst

Experience : 8 to 12 Years

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Configuration & Rule Management

- Design, develop, and maintain product rules within the Infor CPQ platform.

- Ensure accurate and efficient rule logic that aligns with business requirements.

- Optimize configurations for scalability, performance, and user experience.

- Testing & Deployment

- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of CPQ rule sets before deployment.

- Manage deployment cycles with minimal disruption to business processes.

- Monitor post-deployment performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.

- Documentation & Support

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of rule logic, configurations, and changes.

- Provide support for CPQ-related issues and enhancements.

- Ensure knowledge transfer and training documentation for end-users and stakeholders.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with product managers, engineers, sales teams, and IT to gather requirements.

- Translate business needs into scalable and maintainable CPQ solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams on CPQ capabilities and best practices.

- Continuous Improvement

- Stay up to date with the latest Infor CPQ features, tools, and industry best practices.

- Identify opportunities for process and performance improvement.

- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the CPQ environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- In-depth knowledge of the Infor CPQ Product Suite.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

- Basic understanding of ERP systems and their integration with CPQ.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in a consulting or customer-facing role is a plus.

- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

- High energy, self-driven, and a strong customer service mindset.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

- Comfortable working with minimal supervision and taking ownership of outcomes.
