About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python backend development, React.js frontend development, and experience working with cloud platforms, containerization, and DevOps practices. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications and microservices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python (Django/Flask) and React.js.

- Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and work on microservices-based architectures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable software solutions following best practices and design patterns.

- Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

- Work with AWS cloud services for hosting, storage, and deployment.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and infrastructure as code.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in Django or Flask.

- Front-end experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and scalable application architecture.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration of third-party services.

- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

- Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).

- Strong understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated deployments, and infrastructure as code.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with event-driven architectures or message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Knowledge of unit testing and test automation frameworks.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
