- Develop microservices and tools that improve the performance and resilience of Aurora PostgreSQL clusters in AWS.
- Collaborate with architects on delivering projects such as fully automated CI/CD, building microservice platforms, launching developer tools, monitoring and other security patterns to maximize productivity and reduce manual work.
- Support architects, DevOps team members and managers with technical decision making.
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating on all three clouds : AWS, Azure and GCP.
- Participate in design reviews and code reviews to promote best practices in Go, Kubernetes and cloud engineering.

- Lead improvements in database lifecycle automation like optimizing upgrades, snapshots, or failover handling.
- Improve the performance or reliability of one or more Aurora PostgreSQL clusters through code fixes, tuning, or new tooling.
- Strengthen CI/CD automation for database-related components, integrating advanced testing and deployment workflows.
- Document and evangelize best practices in Go, Kubernetes controllers and cloud engineering across the team.
One Year :
- Own critical components of the database controller platform, driving architectural enhancements and long-term roadmap direction.
- Mentor new team members and help elevate the teams capabilities in Go development, Kubernetes operators and cloud-native engineering.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives improving database scalability, resilience, cost efficiency and security posture.
- Influence the evolution of Infobloxs cloud data platform through advanced self-healing automation, cross-region failover enhancements and next-generation observability.
