Position : Senior Business Analyst.

Location : Hyderabad, India.

Job Description :

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with the following skills and responsibilities :

- Leads requirements analysis with business and technical stakeholders.

- Applies analytical skills to clarify and understand business needs and requirements and interprets them into functional specifications.

- Business Analyst with User Stories, Agile Experience and Auto Finance Experience required.

- Responsible for gathering, compiling and synthesizing information regarding system functionality and flow.

- Act as primary point of contact for the team during development to clarify business requirements, resolve issues, and make recommendations as business impacts arise.

- Deliver a range of artifacts supporting application functional analysis and design including current and future target state process flows, user stories, functional and technical specifications, dependency maps, and requirements traceability.

- Analyzes and decomposes functional specifications into appropriately sized user stories.

- Reviews user stories with stakeholders and obtains approval to proceed.

- Works with Product Management to refine and prioritize backlog and drive understanding of information and process requirements.

- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to communicate the proposed solution vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.

- Develop solutions to complex problems, requiring the regular use of ingenuity and creativity, within the larger context of the business needs and objectives.

- Coordinates defects clarification, triages and coordinates resolution by software engineering team.

- Practical knowledge of Agile principles and ability to lead SCRUM ceremonies.

- Works closely with other teams to assist with design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions.

- Independently applies problem solving skills to investigate and research complex system problems to establish root cause and resolution.

- Provides production support within their application domain to resolve issues.

- Provides subject matter expertise and operational support for specified applications and systems.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- Proficiency in defining business problems and proposing solutions.

- Mortgage Industry knowledge with experience in origination process.

- Past experience in any Loan Origination System (LOS) will be plus.

- Experience working in Agile methodology.

- Expert skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to utilize the following functions : V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Concatenating formulas, Conditional formatting, and Pivot Tables.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field a plus.

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

- Must be proactive and solutions-oriented business professional with the ability to interface with all levels of management.
