Role & responsibilities :

The role involves designing and developing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, working closely with technical leads and functional consultants to implement complex Quote-to-Cash requirements. The developer will play a key role in ensuring high-quality code, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.

Key Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL)

- Experience working with Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ functionalities

- Proven experience in implementing Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions

- Ability to develop and customize :

a. Pricing and product configuration logic

b. Quote and order management processes

- Strong knowledge of :

a. REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns

b. Platform events and asynchronous processing

c. Data modeling and large data volume handling

- Experience in writing :

a. Clean, scalable, and reusable code

b. Unit tests with high code coverage

- Familiarity with :

a. CI/CD tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.)

b. Code review processes and best practices

- Ability to work closely with functional teams to understand and implement requirements

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have :

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II/RCA Consultant)

- Experience in CPQ to RCA migration projects

- Exposure to billing systems and financial integrations

- Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques

- Experience in mentoring developers
