Job Description :

- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models for business problems (e.g., churn prediction, recommendation systems, fraud detection).

- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), statistical testing, and feature engineering.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to integrate models into production.

- Lead end-to-end data science projects from ideation to deployment.

- Mentor junior data scientists and analysts.

- Communicate insights and model outcomes to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and visualizations.

- Proven track record of delivering impactful data science solutions.

- Strong understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
