Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Architecture :

- Define, architect, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and other enterprise functions.

- Create high-level and detailed architecture documents, solution designs, and system roadmaps.

- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions using ServiceNow capabilities.

Platform Development & Configuration :

- Implement ServiceNow applications such as ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, HRSD, and CSM where applicable.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, configuration, and performance optimization.

Integration & API Management :

- Define data models, mappings, and synchronization processes for smooth integration across platforms.

- Governance & Standards

- Establish technical standards, guidelines, and governance processes for ServiceNow solutions.

- Ensure platform security, compliance, and scalability are embedded in all solutions.

- Provide oversight for release management, upgrades, and version control.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership :

- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow platform capabilities.

- Mentor developers, administrators, and technical consultants to enhance delivery excellence.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Core Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, with at least 3+ years in an architect role.

- Proven expertise in ITSM modules and experience in designing enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and workflow automation.

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and integration design patterns.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development tools: Flow Designer, Service Portal, Business Rules, UI Policies, Catalog Items.

- Experience with upgrades, patching, and performance tuning on ServiceNow.

Desirable Skills :

- Experience migrating decentralized/localized technologies into centralized ServiceNow-driven systems.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices in ServiceNow.

- ITIL v3/v4 Certification preferred.

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications are highly desirable.
