About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced SAP FICO Consultant / Lead to join our growing SAP practice.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (2020 or later) with strong functional knowledge of financial and controlling processes, coupled with practical exposure to cloud-based SAP projects.

This is a hybrid role that combines remote flexibility with on-site collaboration in Kolkata.

As an SAP FICO Consultant / Lead, you will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP FICO modules to support our clients' digital transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead or participate in end-to-end SAP FICO implementations on SAP S/4HANA, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones.

- Analyze and understand business requirements from clients and convert them into SAP functional specifications.

- Design and configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO-OM, CO-PA, etc.) to meet business process requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, and technical teams for seamless integration.

- Prepare project documentation including functional specs, configuration documents, and test scripts.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Deliver post-go-live support and ongoing enhancements.

- Work on SAP Cloud projects, including integrations with third-party applications.

- Act as a key point of contact for client interactions and provide expert consulting support.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7 to 9 years of experience in SAP FICO with a focus on implementation, configuration, and support.

- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA (version 2020 or later).

- At least one full-cycle end-to-end implementation on SAP S/4HANA.

- Solid understanding of financial and management accounting principles and how they are implemented in SAP.

- Experience in cloud-based SAP deployments and understanding of SaaS integrations is highly desirable.

- Ability to work in a hybrid model, including occasional on-site presence in Kolkata.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Professional certifications in SAP FICO/S/4HANA are an added advantage.
