Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced FircoSoft Developer with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining FircoSoft solutions to support financial compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of FircoSoft suite (Firco Continuity, Firco Filtering, Firco Utilities), integration practices, and be capable of providing scalable, secure, and optimized solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation & Configuration :

- Deploy, configure, and maintain FircoSoft solutions, including Firco Continuity, Firco Filtering, and Firco Utilities.

- Customize FircoSoft modules to align with client-specific compliance and regulatory requirements.

Integration & Development :

- Integrate FircoSoft solutions with core banking platforms, transaction monitoring systems, and third-party applications.

- Develop and optimize interfaces using APIs, middleware, or integration tools.

- Work on scripts, rules, and filters to improve screening accuracy and reduce false positives.

Support & Maintenance :

- Provide Level 2/3 support for FircoSoft applications, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Troubleshoot technical issues, apply patches, and implement upgrades as per vendor releases.

- Monitor system performance and conduct regular health checks.

Compliance & Security :

- Ensure FircoSoft solutions meet financial compliance, AML, OFAC, and other regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with compliance teams to enhance rules, policies, and screening workflows.

- Apply secure coding and configuration practices to safeguard sensitive financial data.

Analysis & Documentation :

- Conduct impact analysis for configuration changes and new rule implementations.

- Prepare technical design documents, configuration manuals, and support guides.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

Core Expertise :

- 4- 7 years of hands-on experience as a FircoSoft Developer (not end-user).

- Strong knowledge of Firco Continuity, Firco Filtering, and Firco Utilities.

- Experience in implementing, configuring, and integrating FircoSoft solutions with enterprise applications.

Technical Proficiency :

- Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).

- Good understanding of API integrations, XML, Web Services, and middleware tools.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, or Perl) for automation and customization.

- Familiarity with banking workflows and AML transaction filtering.
