Description :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications. The role involves end-to-end development of new projects and change requests (CRs), ensuring adherence to best practices, SLAs, and SDLC processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop new ServiceNow projects and Change Requests (CRs), including both backend and frontend components.

- Participate in application reviews and audits to ensure compliance with standard processes and agreed SLAs.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

- Design and document High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).

- Maintain ServiceNow source code, update sets, and code base.

- Develop applications following ServiceNow best practices, design patterns, coding standards, and naming conventions.

- Perform code reviews for team members using standard coding checklists.

- Conduct unit testing and support SIT, QA, and Production verification activities.

- Provide Level 3 (L3) support and warranty support for production applications.

- Follow SDLC processes and create required documentation such as LLD, development documents, unit test cases, release notes, and operational procedures.

- Perform additional duties as assigned by management or senior leadership.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent from an accredited university.

- 5+ years of experience in IT Application Development.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow design and development.

- Strong experience in JavaScript, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, DDL, DML, and MySQL (mandatory).

- Proven experience with ServiceNow configuration and development, including :

a. Business Rules

b. Tables

c. Workflows

d. Flow Designer

e. Other ServiceNow platform components
