- SAP S/4HANA FICO consultant experienced in Designing, configuring, and testing core FICO areas (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, etc.) within the S/4HANA environment.

- Understanding and analysing client's financial processes, translating them into SAP solutions, and identifying gaps between current processes and S/4HANA best practices.

- Ensuring seamless integration of FICO with other SAP modules like MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), PP (Production Planning), and PS (Project Systems).

Primary Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.

- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and controlling principles, as well as experience with manufacturing or other relevant industry processes.

- Expertise in all domains in SAP FICO New GL including Document Splitting, Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Automatic Payment Processing, Payment method workbench, Period End Closing, Electronic Bank Statement processing, Lockbox processing, Check processing, Rebate and Accrual processing, Revenue Recognition, Results Analysis, General controlling, basic knowledge in Project system, General Controlling for CO related settings; Cost Element and Cost Center Accounting Planning, Budgeting, Assessment, Distribution etc.; Internal Order Accounting Planning, Budgeting, Settlement etc.; Product Costing Planning, Cost Object Controlling, Actual Costing, Material Ledger; CO-PA Profitability Segments and Characteristics, Planning, Flow of Actual Values, Reports

- Experience with S/4HANA implementations, including greenfield, brownfield, and conversion projects.

- Understanding of how FICO integrates with other SAP modules and external systems.

- Should be able to understand implementation done in the system

- Configure SAP System with CO module as per the requirements specified

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation with a focus on SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules.

- Certifications in SAP S/4HANA FICO will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 is a plus.
