Infobell IT - Python Lead - Django/Flask

Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Python Developer/Python Lead to join our team at Infobell IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will lead a team of developers while designing and delivering scalable, high-performance backend systems. You will play a critical role in driving technical excellence, ensuring system reliability, and implementing best practices across development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Python developers to deliver high-quality solutions

- Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems using Python

- Manage deployments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in Linux environments

- Work with Kubernetes clusters for application deployment, scaling, and monitoring

- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure system availability and reliability

- Implement and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, and security

- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Python frameworks: Django / Flask / FastAPI

- Solid experience in Linux administration and performance tuning

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) deployment, scaling, troubleshooting

- Good knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven leadership and team management capabilities

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Familiarity with microservices architecture

- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools
