About the Role :

- We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Lead UI/UX Developer to design and develop visually stunning, user-centric digital experiences.

- You will play a key role in bridging the gap between design and technology transforming ideas into engaging, scalable, and responsive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.

- Convert designs from Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch into responsive, pixel-perfect front-end code.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights and feedback.

- Maintain UI consistency and design systems across multiple projects.

- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, or Angular frameworks.

- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.

- Strong grasp of user-centered design and interaction design principles.

- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and using Git/version control systems.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or animations (Framer Motion, Lottie, etc.)

- Experience with design systems such as Material UI or Chakra UI.

- Exposure to backend technologies or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

- Minimum 6 years of experience in UI/UX.
