We are looking for a talented Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Golang and Python to join our dynamic engineering team. The role involves designing and building scalable backend services and robust APIs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reusable backend services using Golang

- Build and consume RESTful APIs and architect microservices

- Collaborate with frontend and product teams to define specs and deliver innovative features

- Write clean, testable, well-documented code

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security

- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and troubleshooting

- Monitor and resolve backend issues in dev and production environments

- Keep up with industry trends and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum 4 years of backend development experience, with strong expertise in Golang

- Working knowledge of Python

- Solid experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices

- Proficiency with databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes

- Experience using Git for version control

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Exposure to messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
