Role Overview :

We are hiring a Principal / Enterprise Platform Architect to define and drive the long-term ServiceNow platform strategy across the enterprise. The role will focus on platform governance, multi-instance strategy, licensing optimization, AI alignment, and enterprise-wide architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define long-term ServiceNow platform roadmap and architecture strategy.

- Drive enterprise-wide platform governance and standardization.

- Manage multi-instance architecture and consolidation strategies.

- Optimize licensing usage and platform investments.

- Align ServiceNow capabilities with AI and digital transformation initiatives.

- Drive innovation and adoption of emerging ServiceNow capabilities.

- Partner with executive leadership on strategic technology decisions.

- Establish governance frameworks for platform scalability and compliance.
