Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, SQL, Power Query, and Data Modeling to transform raw data into meaningful business insights.

Total Experience: 2 - 4 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Understand business requirements and convert them into effective reporting solutions.

- Write and optimize DAX queries, measures, and calculated columns.

- Write SQL queries to extract, filter, join, and analyse data from databases.

- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and preparation using Power Query.

- Develop and maintain data models, table relationships, and calculated fields.

- Create interactive reports using charts, tables, slicers, and drill-through features.

- Publish and manage reports through Power BI Service.

- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage scheduled data refreshes.

- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and optimize report performance.

Mandatory Skills :

- 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in Power BI Development.

- Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Dashboard Development.

- Proficiency in DAX (Measures, Calculated Columns, Time Intelligence).

- Good understanding of SQL (Joins, Subqueries, Aggregations).

- Hands-on experience with Power Query and Data Transformation.

- Strong understanding of Data Modeling, Relationships, and Star Schema.

- Working knowledge of Power BI Service, Report Publishing, and RLS.

Good to Have :

- Experience working with SQL Server, Excel, and SharePoint.

- Knowledge of ETL processes and Data Warehousing.

- Experience in Power BI Report Performance Optimization.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- The ideal candidate should have practical experience in developing Power BI dashboards independently, writing DAX calculations and SQL queries, and building data models.

- The candidate should possess good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
