Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Azure cloud services, including Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, and Identity.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, ensuring minimum downtime and high availability.

- Assist clients with Azure subscription management, RBAC, and governance.

- Implement and support backup, disaster recovery, and security compliance on Azure.

- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to optimize Azure workloads.

- Document solutions, prepare knowledge base articles, and share best practices.

- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical issues.

Requirements :

- 3- 6 years of experience in Azure cloud support / consulting.

- Strong knowledge of Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Azure AD, Storage, Networking, Security, Monitoring, and Automation.

- Familiarity with PowerShell / CLI scripting for automation and troubleshooting.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Security Center.

- Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

- Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-900, AZ-500 are a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.
