Senior QA Engineer (Manual + Automation).

Location : Chennai.

Experience : 4+ years.

Key Skills Required : Functional / Manual Testing experience.

- Strong in writing test cases, test execution, and defect reporting.

- Hands-on with Cypress or any modern automation framework.

- Good understanding of automation testing concepts.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test suites.

- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and load testing for web and API-based applications.

- Design detailed test plans and test scenarios based on business requirements and user stories.

- Analyze test results, track defects, and work closely with developers for quick resolution.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating test automation.

- Optimize performance testing scripts to simulate various load conditions and ensure system stability.

Required Skills & Tech Stack

- Automation Testing Tools : Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, Playwright

- Manual Testing Tools : TestRail, Zephyr, Jira

- Load & Performance Testing : JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling

- API Testing : Postman, REST Assured, Swagger

- Build & CI Tools : Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Git

- Bug Tracking & Reporting : Jira, Bugzilla, Mantis

- Languages : Java, JavaScript, Python (preferred for scripting automation)

- Version Control : Git, GitHub, Bitbucket

- Database : MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server (for test data validation)

- Others : Agile/Scrum methodologies, good understanding of SDLC & STLC
