We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion O2C Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash processes and Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design functional solutions, support implementations, and resolve production issues.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the functional SPOC for Oracle Fusion O2C processes and PPM-integrated workflows.

- Engage with business leads and stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements.

- Translate business requirements into effective Oracle Fusion functional solutions and workflows.

- Own key O2C functions including Accounts Receivable, customer master data, billing, invoicing, adjustments, ageing, reconciliation, and refunds.

- Ensure accurate accounting flows from Accounts Receivable to General Ledger.

- Work extensively on Oracle Fusion PPM processes including project setup, cost collection/collation, contracts, and project billing.

- Evaluate proposed solutions, identify process improvements, and drive business alignment and sign-off.

- Support production issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate resolution of functional escalations.

- Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and other stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.

- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and solution specifications.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative solution delivery.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion functional consulting/analysis, with strong exposure to O2C.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion O2C and integration with PPM.

- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, billing, invoicing, customer master, reconciliation, adjustments, refunds, and AR-to-GL accounting flows.

- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion PPM, particularly Project Setup, Cost Collection, Contracts, and Billing.

- Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management.

- Experience handling production support and functional escalations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
