As a Staff Engineer - Python / Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for the quality delivery of our R&D Data Platform and R&D Data Lake.

Job Description :

In your new role you will :

- Design and develop automated test scripts for our applications.

- Design and develop client libraries, CLIs and python utilities for our applications.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.

- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and tools.

- Ensure test coverage for new features and regression testing.

- Engage with user community to understand the automation and utilities needs for our application.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Your Profile :

You are best equipped for this task if you have :

- 6 - 10 years of relevant experience.

- Proven experience implementing Python based Test automation framework.

- Proven experience implementing Load Test solutions.

- Proven experience implementing Python packages and utilities.

- Proven experience with integrating automated test with release process of cloud native application.

- Basic experience with cloud technologies like, OpenShift, Docker, Serverless, etc.

- Basic experience with big data solutions like Elastic.

- Basic experience with Analytical and Reporting solutions like Tableau, Grafana etc.
