Infilon Technologies, a prominent software development company based in Ahmedabad, is hiring a Data Scientist (Immediate Joiner) with expertise in ETL, data management, and advanced analytics.

The role requires hands-on experience with ClickHouse, strong knowledge of similarity algorithms, and the ability to build scalable data pipelines in collaboration with product, engineering, and analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines for large-scale structured and unstructured data.

- Work with ClickHouse for fast, reliable querying, aggregation, and performance optimization.

- Develop and apply similarity algorithms (cosine similarity, nearest neighbours, vector embeddings) for search, recommendation, and matching use cases.

- Conduct data cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis to support business and product needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making.

- Contribute to building, testing, and deploying predictive models.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering.

- Proven experience with ETL pipelines and data transformation frameworks.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with ClickHouse (or similar analytical databases).

- Strong understanding of similarity algorithms and their applications.

- Hands-on expertise in Python with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.

- Analytical problem-solving mindset and strong logical reasoning abilities.

- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have :

- Experience in machine learning workflows and model deployment.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tools.

- Familiarity with large-scale, distributed data systems
