Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Technical Support Engineer.

The primary responsibilities include providing technical support for VoIP products, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless client experiences.

The Technical Support Engineer will engage with customers daily, assist with inquiries, diagnose and resolve technical problems, and deliver excellent customer service.

Collaboration with other teams to improve processes and product functionality will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 Years Experience as Technical Support (Linux) and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

- Strong Analytical Skills to assess problems, identify patterns, and implement practical solutions.

- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and effective communication.

- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment and adapt to dynamic challenges.

- Knowledge of VoIP systems, telecommunication protocols, and related tools is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
