Job Purpose :

We are seeking skilled Industrial Automation Engineers responsible for the development, deployment, and testing of automation software on pharmaceutical packaging machines, as per Syntegon Germany standards. This role involves end-to-end project execution, validation, and long-term assignments abroad.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with the Center of Competence for project requirements, planning, and execution.

- Develop automation software as per project needs and implement new applications on packaging machines.

- Perform software validation and testing using defined protocols.

- Develop new blocks for PLC/HMI/SCADA software for existing and new machines.

- Analyze existing PLC and HMI/SCADA software functionality and migrate to new platforms.

- Prepare, validate, and maintain software design and functional documentation.

Competencies & Skills Required :

- Education : B.E. / Diploma in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Electrical.

- Hands-on experience in PLC and HMI/SCADA project development.

- Expertise in TIA & S7 Siemens or Allen Bradley Control Logix platforms.

- Knowledge of Intouch Wonderware platform preferred.

- Knowledge of Schneider / Rexroth Motion Codesys platform preferred.

- Strong background in PLC automation software development.

- Knowledge of C programming is an added advantage.

- Experience in packaging machines or special-purpose machines in pharmaceutical domain preferred.

Other Criteria :

- Willingness to travel across India and abroad for project assignments.

- Willingness for a long-term (minimum 2 years) assignment in Germany.

- Commitment to training bond and long-term deputation bond.
