About the job

Inductive Quotient Analytics is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior QA/Automation Engineer to join our dedicated Quality Assurance team.

As a QA/Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through the development and execution of automated test scripts.

You will work closely with the development team to identify and fix any defects or issues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.

- Execute automated tests and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and create test plans.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects.

- Perform manual testing when necessary, including exploratory testing and regression testing.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues.

- Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Proficiency with the following tech stack

JavaScript

Typescript

React

MySQL

PHP experience is a plus

Azure experience is a plus

- Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium, Jest, SonarQube, Appium, or Cypress.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
