- Work in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to sprint planning, retros, and code reviews

- Translate customer needs into smart, scalable architectures

- Take ownership of your code, delivery, and outcomes

- Collaborate with teammates across disciplines from junior devs to delivery leads

- Travel onsite to Sweden/Europe when needed for project collaboration

- Grow into a Tech Lead role, with leadership in delivery, code, and communication
