At Indofast Energy, supply chain is scaling fast and data is the backbone of every decision we make. Were looking for someone who can turn raw procurement data into sharp insights, automation, and control systems.

This is not a reporting role. This is about building visibility, driving accountability, and automating everything that slows us down.

What youll own :

- Build and maintain live dashboards (Power BI or equivalent) for PO tracking

- Highlight delays, bottlenecks, and vendor performance in real time

Penalty Calculation Engine :

- Design and automate delay penalty calculations for Purchase Orders

- Build similar frameworks for AMS-related activities

- Ensure accuracy, auditability, and transparency in all calculations

Automation (Zero Manual Work Goal) :

- Create automated workflows for :

1. BOQ validation using AI tools

2. Invoice validation and discrepancy checks

- Use tools like n8n or equivalent workflow automation platforms

Data Management & Governance :

- Own and maintain clean, structured procurement data across systems

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for stakeholders

Insights & Reporting :

- Generate actionable insights on :

1. Cost optimization

2. Procurement efficiency

3. Vendor performance & ratings

- Build periodic and on-demand reports for leadership

Process Digitization :

- Identify manual SCM processes and convert them into automated, scalable workflows

- Continuously improve systems for speed and reliability

What were looking for :

- Experience in workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)

- Basic understanding of AI/ML use cases in document validation (BOQ, invoices, etc.)

- Strong analytical thinking you dont just report numbers, you question them

- High ownership mindset you build, improve, and push things to completion

Good to have :

- Exposure to ERP systems and vendor management data

- Knowledge of Python or scripting for automation

Background :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
