About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Incorta Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Incorta Analytics along with proficiency in SQL and at least one of the following : ODI, Python/PySpark, or Azure Data Factory.

This role will play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights by building scalable data models and real-time dashboards using Incortas Direct Data Mapping architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop data pipelines and dashboards using Incorta.

- Integrate and model data from various sources (ERP, cloud, on-prem) using SQL and Incorta Data Models.

- Build and maintain business schemas, formulas, and joins in Incorta to enable efficient reporting.

- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to optimize data loads and refresh cycles.

- Implement data ingestion frameworks using ODI / ADF / PySpark based on project needs.

- Optimize query performance and support troubleshooting for Incorta reports and dashboards.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in Incorta Analytics development (schemas, dashboards, business views).

- Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning.

Experience with at least one of the following :

- ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) for data ingestion and transformation

- Python / PySpark for data processing and automation

- Azure Data Factory (ADF) for orchestrating ETL workflows

Nice to Have :

- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, SAP) as data sources for Incorta.

- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data lake integration.

- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps for data solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
