About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic Data Scientist/Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to transforming raw data into actionable insights that influence political strategies and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources to generate insights for political strategy and campaign planning.

- Support the development of dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Assist in building predictive and statistical models to understand voter behavior, campaign performance, and issue sentiment.

- Work closely with field teams, campaign strategists, and communication units to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

- Document methodologies, maintain data quality standards, and ensure transparency in analysis.

- Contribute to post-campaign evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Education :

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines from reputed institutions.

- Tier-1/Tier-2 technical institutions (IIITs, IITs, NITs, BITS) or integrated degree programs.

Experience : 1-2 years of hands-on experience in data analytics or related domains. (Candidates with project experience in analytics, policy research, or social data preferred.)

Technical & Functional Skills :

- Strong analytical aptitude and quantitative reasoning.

- Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Python (preferred).

- Ability to present data insights clearly - good documentation and presentation skills are a plus.

- Familiarity with political data, public policy, or social research is an advantage.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment under tight deadlines.
