Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Test Architect to drive the automation strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale test automation solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Python-based automation frameworks, experience in building and consolidating multiple automation frameworks into a unified automation platform, and strong exposure to AWS cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the overall Test Automation Strategy across products and platforms.

- Architect, design, and develop scalable Python-based Automation Frameworks.

- Build and enhance Unified Automation Frameworks that support web, API, backend, cloud, and device testing.

- Lead the development and governance of reusable automation libraries, utilities, reporting modules, and CI/CD integrations.

- Design automation solutions covering functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and QA teams to establish automation best practices.

- Drive framework standardization and consolidation across multiple applications and teams.

- Provide architectural guidance for cloud-based testing solutions leveraging AWS services.

- Review automation code, framework architecture, and test strategies to ensure scalability, maintainability, and quality.

- Lead POCs, technology evaluations, and modernization initiatives for automation engineering.

- Mentor automation engineers and establish coding, testing, and review standards.

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in Python Programming.

- Experience building and architecting 4 - 5 enterprise-scale automation frameworks.

- Hands-on experience in creating Unified Automation Frameworks across multiple testing layers.

- Strong experience in Selenium Automation, API Automation (REST), Robot Framework, Test Framework Design, CI/CD Integration, and Automation Strategy & Governance.

- Experience designing reusable and modular automation solutions.

- Expertise in test architecture, framework design patterns, and automation best practices.

- Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

- Experience with logging, reporting, orchestration, and automation execution pipelines.

- Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
