Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer & Lead with 6.5 - 14 years of experience in software development to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in .NET technologies, leadership skills, and experience in mentoring teams and driving best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and QA teams.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software development lifecycle processes.

- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.

- Participate in architectural discussions and solution design.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality.
